Grace Vacation Rentals is a Maui condo vacation rental management company that provides hands-on attention to guests and property owners. Grace Vacation Rentals currently manages units in the oceanfront properties of Maui Sands, Maui Sands Seaside, and Paki Maui. We provided them with a customized online marketing package and because they opted for our monthly online marketing management services, they were able to take advantage of special a la carte pricing.
First we started with a rebrand of the logo. The request was made by our client for a blue orchid and we were more than happy to deliver. To give the orchid a unique touch we added a small heart to the center.

A new brand means it’s time for new look and feel to your online assets. For the website, we wanted a simple yet elegant look that would work well with their new booking engine. To accomplish this we used bold header images, clean readable fonts, and white space that flows evenly throughout the site.

For online marketing, we always start with a marketing plan. This marketing plan is not just the basis for everything we will be doing in the next year, it’s an important exercise for us as marketers to immerse ourselves into the pertaining industry. We have to take this deep dive by performing lots of R+D and analysis. Once we’ve drafted and have had final edits, the marketing plan becomes a shared living document that we will continue to add/edit as we go. As part of their online marketing team, we will be assisting with the execution of this plan.
