Pacific Whale Foundation hosts a volunteer day with Kīpuka Olowalu. Volunteers will be weeding and getting rid of invasive plants on the property and learn about different native and endemic plants! Kīpuka Olowalu is an organization seeking to preserve the Native Hawaiian cultural site, the Olowalu Valley. Marauak lived in San Diego for the last 12 years where his album “Natural” was nominated as the best world music album of 2023 by SDMA, he specializes in Brazilian and reggae music.
