We are excited to bring the Aloha Music Series back to Mulligans On The Blue for a very special Ukulele Holiday Show with Andrew and Jay Molina on Christmas Eve from 5:30-8:30pm. Experience one of Hawaii‘s great ukulele-fronted duos, (father + son) Andrew and Jay Molina, as they share songs, stories, and laughter while taking you on a musical journey throughout the “World of Ukulele” for this special holiday show. Mulligans will be serving a holiday menu for this special evening. $10 with a reservation on OpenTable and $15 at the door with no table reservation. Dinner seating starts at 5:30pm and the show begins at 6:30pm.

Andrews’ 3 albums have all been nominated for “Ukulele Album of the Year” at the prestigious “Nā Hōkū Hanohano” music awards (Hawaii’s version of the Grammys), and he has also been featured on the cover of England’s Uke Magazine. His music has also been featured in video promotions for Hawaiian Airlines and Ocean Vodka. From sweet Hawaiian sounds to Aerosmith’s “Dream On,” Guns N’ Roses’ “Sweet Child O’ Mine,” “Stairway To Heaven” and even the “Game of Thrones” theme, Andrew, along with his dad Jay on bass and guitar, proves that anything is possible on the ukulele!

Join Mulligans on the Blue for sunset, dinner, and live music with Sweet Beets from 6-8pm! Christina “Sweet Beets” Boyden is known for her sweet, poignant, and heartfelt lyrics, which are enriched by thoughtful and unforgettable melodies.

Sweet Beets launched her musical career as a DJ in Southern California. In more recent years, she has performed as a resident DJ for Starborne Productions in Seattle, WA, and Tasty Pie Productions in Maui, HI. Shortly after moving to Maui, she felt inspired by her new island lifestyle to begin writing original acoustic music, which has now led her on a whole new creative endeavor and has recently released her first full-length album, “Sweet Aloha” featuring acclaimed musicians Barry Sless (Phil Lesh & Friends/Dave Nelson Band), Pete Sears (Jefferson Starship/Dave Nelson Band), John Molo (Bruce Hornsby/Dave Nelson Band), and Mookie Siegel (Phil Lesh & Friends/Dave Nelson Band).

Join Maui Goat Yoga for 1.5 hours of fun with Miniature Goats! The Maui Goat Yoga class is a time to stretch, relax, enjoy nature, the amazing Maui coastline view, and smile with goats! There will be 5 to 10 minutes of goat introduction and goat etiquette. Then, a 30 to 45-minute goat yoga class followed by 30 minutes of goat playtime and enjoying the goats.

This camp allows students to foster a deeper connection with the natural world, go tech-free and high-touch in nature in a multi-day program led by expert environmental educators. Follow water’s journey, from rain, to freshwater streams, to the ocean! Keiki will explore how water flows through our watersheds and learn the importance of freshwater in Hawai’i. They will participate in science experiments, hands-on nature games, and crafts during field trips around the island to forests, streams, and coastal ecosystems.

Mo`o and Koholā: A Childrenʻs Book full of Aloha and Purpose!

Lori Abreu, born and raised on Maui, is passionate about serving the children and families of her island home. It was the outpouring of aloha and compassion she witnessed working alongside volunteers in our Maui community in the wake of the devastating wildfires that motivated her to realize her long-time dream of publishing her first children’s book, Mo`o and Koholā, which was introduced to our Maui community in January 2024. The proceeds from the sales of this story are donated to the ongoing rebuild of Lahaina. To date, Lori has made donations supporting the Lahaina community and its children through The Hawaii Community Foundation and Lahaina schools. Her complete project is full of Lahaina and local flavor. Its pages highlight Lahaina Harbor, Front Street, Lahainaʻs Banyan Tree, and more. Mo`o and Koholā comes with three original songs and a website of resources for families and teachers. Lori is extremely thankful to her enthusiastic, talented team which helped bring her project to life. She feels blessed to have worked with Nicki Barsamian who beautifully illustrated her story and helped guide her through the self-publication process. The musicality of Kala`e Camarillo who performed her songs and made them so special was surely a treat for the music lover she is!
