The Skeleton Crewe Trio
North Shore
Aloha Growers (aka AG Presents) invites you to the world of Hawaiian slack key guitar, psychedelic pedal steel, and masterful keyboard work as three virtuosos of the jam band scene converge as the Skeleton Crewe Trio.
This unique musical collective features Rob Barraco (Dark Star Orchestra, Phil Lesh & Friends, The Dead), Barry Sless (Bobby Weir and Wolf Bros, David Nelson Band, Phil Lesh and Friends), and Grammy- nominated Hawaiian slack key guitarist Stephen Inglis.
This groundbreaking collaboration brings together three distinct musical traditions: Inglis’s mastery of Hawaiian slack key guitar (he’s a recipient of the prestigious Ki Hōʻalu Legacy Award), Sless’s pioneering pedal steel work that has graced stages with Bob Weir and Phil Lesh, and Barraco’s sophisticated keyboard artistry that earned him a place in The Dead’s lineup. An experience that preceded nearly two decades holding the keyboardist chameleon role within Dark Star Orchestra.
Each performance, Skeleton Crewe Trio promises to offer high-level artistry, hosting an intimate evening of original compositions, Grateful Dead interpretations, and dynamic improvisations spanning genres from traditional Hawaiian to psychedelic Americana.

Guest Lisa visited in October and had this to say on OpenTable, “What a find! We have been to the Wailea area 5x and never went here. Next time we will be back multiple days. There was a band, dancing, beautiful outdoor deck and perfect weather. From the East Coast so we split a lot of meals due to no hunger. The ceasars salad and shepards pie were delicious and the shepards pie was huge! Must go to if in the area.”
The $5 cover supports the band, and reservations are highly recommended. More information and table reservations can be found here.

SUPPORT LAHAINA!
Mo’o and Koholā by Lori Abreu
Lori Abreu, born and raised on Maui, is passionate about serving the children and families of her island home. It was the outpouring of aloha and compassion she witnessed working alongside volunteers in our Maui community in the wake of the devastating wildfires that motivated her to realize her long-time dream of publishing her first children’s book, Mo`o and Koholā, which was introduced to our Maui community in January 2024. The proceeds from the sales of this story are donated to the ongoing rebuild of Lahaina. To date, Lori has made donations supporting the Lahaina community and its children through The Hawaii Community Foundation and Lahaina schools.
Her complete project is full of Lahaina and local flavor. Its pages highlight Lahaina Harbor, Front Street, Lahainaʻs Banyan Tree, and more. Mo`o and Koholā comes with three original songs and a website of resources for families and teachers. Lori is extremely thankful to her enthusiastic, talented team which helped bring her project to life. She feels blessed to have worked with Nicki Barsamian who beautifully illustrated her story and helped guide her through the self-publication process. The musicality of Kala`e Camarillo who performed her songs and made them so special was surely a treat for the music lover she is! Visit Loriʻs website at www.kumulori.com for more information on this project and a purchasing link.
